ORDERS

We prefer all orders to be sent via fax or email. Please specify greek organization, item number and quantity for each piece. If you prefer to fax, you can download and fill out one of our order forms. Once you have places your order, you will receive confirmation via email with in one business day. Of course, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped US Postal Priority mail for a charge of $7 s/h. we will be happy to drop ship orders upon request for a charge of $10 s/h. Additional shipping options are available – please contact us.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted no more than 10 days following purchase
Pack your items securely and insure for proper value.
Chic Greek is not responsible for damaged items in transit.
Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All Chic Greek products have a lifetime guarantee.
Repairs will be provided on all Chic Greek merchandise free of charge.
